Apologies for my photography - it really doesn't show the detail and depth of each little mushroom.
I went to The Home Patch on Thursday. Anni has restocked after Christmas and there was lots to see and inspire. I bought some woven wool for another pear and this pretty fat quarter. I'm making my niece a sewing kit, and thought I'd use the sewing case out of SKOW. But instead of little squares, use this as the feature fabric. I haven't quite made up my mind yet.

I will have to spend some time with the whippersnipper and mower today, but hopefully with needle and thread too. Hope you have a great day.

ReplyDeleteI like your son's picture, pity the photo doesn't do it justice. That fabric will make a lovely little sewing kit. Funny, but that is something on my list for my daughter. SKOW?

The mushrooms are fantastic, did he do them all freehand?
