First mini

This is the first and only mini quilt I've ever made. It was way back in 2004, and we were living in central Queensland, and it was just too hot to work on a big project. I don't even remember where the pattern came from, and to be honest I'm not even sure what it's called. I'm much better at keeping a record of my work these days.......at least I had my name and the date on it.

It's all hand pieced and hand quilted, and measures 10" x 12".

  10. What a great mini, hope that it is on display? I think you just said the magic word...hand pieced...think I am going to have to return to basics if I want to make miniatures...but had been behaving like an ostrich with regard to technique! Two more bindings to do then I am starting a miniature!
